JOB PURPOSE
To provide corporate service and strategic leadership, direction and guidance on prudent use and management of RA financial, human resources and assets.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND JOB OUTPUTS

Facilitate the development of criteria and planning tools needed to assist Management | Planning tools |
Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the Organization and advise management accordingly to maintain the financial health of the Authority | Monitoring and evaluation reports |
Authorizing all financial transactions in RA | Credible payments |
Ensure timely preparation of accounts report | Accounts reports |

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor of Accountancy or Business Administration from an accredited university
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or its equivalent
- Must be a qualified accountant/chartered secretary and administrator
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a senior management position
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong Strategic thinking and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent guidance and counseling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
