The Roads Author­i­ty is head­ed by a Chief Exec­u­tive Offi­cer. There are four Depart­men­tal Direc­tors – Major Projects, Plan­ning and Devel­op­ment, Main­te­nance, Cor­po­rate Ser­vices. This is senior man­age­ment which deals with pol­i­cy and strat­e­gy. Below the Direc­tors are mid­dle man­a­gen­emt that ensure pol­i­cy implementation.
